Terms & Conditions

Payments & Bookings:

• Payments must be made in full before attendance
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• No refunds for sessions missed due to personal circumstances
• Refunds provided for classes cancelled due to low enrollment
• Seasonal/term payments must be made by specified deadline
• Late payment may result in loss of place

Health & Safety:

• Children must not attend if ill within 48 hours of class
• All medical conditions must be declared during registration
• Updates to medical information must be provided promptly
• Appropriate sportswear and footwear required
• Parents/guardians must ensure safe pickup and drop-off
• Emergency contact details must be kept current

Behavior & Conduct:

• Zero tolerance for bullying or aggressive behavior
• Participants must follow coach instructions
• Respect for facilities, equipment and other participants required
• Parents/guardians must remain contactable during sessions

Liability & Insurance:

• Aspire to Greatness not liable for personal injury during normal course of activities
• Not responsible for loss/damage to personal belongings
• Participants attend at their own risk
• Valid insurance must be maintained by the company

Media & Privacy:

• Photo/video consent required for marketing purposes
• Opt-out must be declared in writing
• Personal data handled per current data protection regulations
• Contact details only used for program-related communications

Weather & Cancellations:

• Make-up sessions or refunds offered for weather cancellations
• 24-hour notice given when possible for cancellations
• Alternative indoor arrangements may be made where possible
• Sessions may be modified for adverse weather conditions

Equipment & Facilities:

• Equipment provided must be used responsibly
• Damage due to misuse may result in charges
• Participants must arrive with appropriate personal equipment
• Facility rules must be followed at all times
